At Organic Basics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable essentials. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include any tags or inserts that came with your order.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at the designated courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
